Didn't have time to post yesterday, so here it is. Later I'll post today's, as well as a healthy and low calorie mini-recipe idea that might help you guys make a good decision :)

180 - Betty Crocker Wild Blueberry Muffin
150 - Corn on the cob
200 - Turkey sandwich;
2 slices of Arnold's 100% Whole What Bakery Light Bread: 80 calories
2 slices of turkey: 120 calories (probably closer to around 60-80 but I overcompensate)
280 - Stewart's Light Cookies 'n Cream Ice Cream;
I. Suck.
250 - Baked French Fries;
1 Russett Potato and 1 White Potato: 220 calories
2 tbsp. of Heinz tomato ketchup: 30 calories
140 - Premium Minis Original Saltine Crackers;
34 crackers/2 servings
Total calories consumed: 1200
Exercise
100 - Walking for 20 minutes
Total calories burned: 100

Net calories: 1100
Evaluation: I'm actually pretty happy with this day, besides the ice cream. Not much else to say. My post later for today's calories/exercise will have much more interesting stuff, so make sure you check it out :D

- I am recovering from an eating disorder. I used to have a blog that tracked my ED and weight, and then disappeared. I wanted no part in the online ED world, and I knew I needed to recover. Now, I'm back, and I really want to keep track of my recovery. I'm essentially doing it alone, with only the help of my boyfriend, and I feel like I need you all to keep me in check, too. Not only do I have to make sure I don't eat too much, but I have to make sure I don't eat too LITTLE. However, I still want to lose weight, and I want to do it the healthy way. Maybe my journey will help some of you who are struggling with the decision to recover.
Goals:
*Eat 1200 calories per day
*Eat mostly whole grains, veggies, and fruit
*Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
*NO. THINSPO.
